I would like to submit our color guard for review (I am a supporter, they are an exceptional group). They were one of the most popular performances in Dayton. Mt. Carmel Wins Silver in World Championships Mt. Carmel (CA) (Silver Medal- 96.4) utilized exceptional body work and taking the high Movement caption score with "Pulling Strings". Three people standing on platforms at the back of the floor manipulated the guard, which were puppets. The puppet masters had some funk as well, maneuvering the guard in a crowd-pleasing hip-hop dance routine. The way the designers coordinated the equipment work with the motions of the puppeteers was breathtaking, earning a full audience standing ovation.
